Are Oled displays compatible with Gen 2 systems?

I have a very successful Gen 2 battery system that I have used on my vintage mountain on the gravel tracks. I fancy a more detailed display (not enough bits and pieces on my handlebars it would appear) Would an OLED display work with the Gen 2 battery?
