Your Power Pack serial number helps us quickly identify your kit and enables us to trace its journey through the manufacturing and delivery process.
You will find the serial number on the back of your Power Pack, on the plastic casing of the connection. It will either be engraved or printed on a sticker, as shown in the photo below.
