Our standard kit does not come with brake sensors, they are available as an optional add-on, either inline or hydraulic.
The Swytch kit will stop supplying power as soon as you stop pedalling, so the brake sensors are not strictly necessary as it's unusual to brake while still pedalling.
They are recommended for use with throttle accessory.
They're also handy for adventure cyclists, or if you often find yourself in slow moving traffic.
